LinenOS is developed and operated by Think Menai Ltd. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Think Menai Ltd in relation to the marketing site at https://linenos.com.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide (such as name, email, company, and message) to respond to your enquiry. Technical logs (for example IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Website analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, where visits come from and whether visitors click our demo or contact links. We also record when the website accepts an enquiry for sending. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company or message to Analytics.
Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can decline, or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. We remember your preference for 180 days using the linenos_analytics cookie. When accepted, Google's _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and sessions for up to 180 days. The website works without analytics cookies.
Google receives information about your browser, device, page visits and approximate location. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses sent to Analytics, and send only the originating website for referrers. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Google may process information outside the UK; see how Google uses information from websites.
We use consent as the basis for this optional analytics. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes Analytics cookies from this website; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us to exercise your data protection rights. Event-level Analytics data is retained for two months; aggregated reports may be retained for longer.
Lawful basis
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Retention
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to manage the conversation and any follow-on relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.
